Reservation and
Cancellation Policies
Due to the high number of recent, last minute cancellations, we are forced to
implement a reservation and cancellation policy.

Reservations must be secured with a deposit of 50%. Reservations without this
deposit may be lost by a paid reservation. This will not happen until:
   1. The original group is contacted and given the opportunity to make a deposit.
   2. The time period to make the deposit may be anywhere from 24 hours to
one week, depending on the time remaining before the scheduled date.
   3. If the unsecured reservation is left without a deposit, it may be lost.

It is not our intention to make it difficult for dive shops or dive clubs to make
reservations, but we have lost many days and thousands of dollars due to last
minute cancellations, when other groups were turned away for the same
weekend.

Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

    1. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks ahead will receive a full refund.
   2.  Cancellations inside of four weeks will be given credit towards another trip
at 100% of the deposit amount.
   3. Cancellations within two weeks of the trip:
           a.  Full boat reservations deposits will be lost unless the boat is able to
be re-booked by another group. If the boat is re-booked, then credit will be given
toward another trip at 100% of the deposit amount.
           b.  Single spot reservation deposits will be lost unless the spot is filled. If
the spot is filled, then credit will be given toward another trip at 100% of the
deposit amount.
   4. All cancellations made within one week of the trip dates will forfeit 100% of
the deposit money.
