Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Due to the high number of recent, last minute cancellations, we are forced to
implement a reservation and cancellation policy.
Reservations can be secured with cash, check or credit card. Reservations
without this deposit may be lost by a paid reservation. This will not happen until:
1. The original group is contacted and given the opportunity to make a deposit.
2. The time period to make the deposit may be anywhere from 24 hours to one
week, depending on the time remaining before the scheduled date.
3. If the unsecured reservation is left without a deposit, it may be lost.
It is not our intention to make it difficult for dive shops or dive clubs to make
reservations, but we have lost many days and thousands of dollars due to last
minute cancellations, when other groups were turned away for the same dates.
Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks ahead will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations inside of 2 weeks will lose their 50% deposit unless we are able
to fill their slots
