Getting Here
For an Anacortes pickup:

Take I-5 to exit 230, hwy 20 and go west. Stay on that
road until it meets Commercial Ave in Anacortes and turn
right. Drive down to 11th (Safeway is on the right corner)
and turn right. Look for a blue roofed building (marina
office) and park in the lot to the left of the building. We are
usually on the short wooden dock just off the edge of the
building  

For a Friday Harbor pick up:

Fares are less expensive when arriving Sunday through
Tuesday.  Reservations are not available on the
Washington State Ferry unless you're traveling to Sidney,
B.C.  The Washington State Ferries run on seasonal
schedules throughout the year, so be sure to check out
their website for a current or upcoming schedule.
Directions to the Washington State Ferries terminal in
Anacortes from Interstate 5: Take Exit #230, go west on
Hwy. 20 to Anacortes (thirty minutes), follow Commercial
Ave. north, turn left on 12th St., drive a little over 3 miles
to the terminal.

Did you know that you can purchase Washington State
ferry tickets in advance? Go to
www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/ and follow the Wave2Go link.
Internet purchase is easy. Create an account, choose
your route, the number and type of tickets you want. With
Wave2Go Internet, you get your tickets in advance, and
being pre-ticketed means you do not have to wait in
passenger toll booth lines at the ferry terminal.

Once on the island, the Naknek is located on the Spring
Street dock, which is located at the end of Spring St
adjacent to the building the dive shop is in (underneath
Downriggers restaurant). The Dock is the one adjacent to
the ferry dock and has the building on the end of it

You can also take a seasonally available ferry from Port
Townsend, Port Angeles or Bellingham.

You can fly on Kenmmore Air or Harbor Air.

Or you can take your own or a chartered boat to the
Friday Harbor Marina .
